What are my facility rental options?

1) Rental Option #1: facility rental only in either our outdoor Cobblestone Courtyard or our indoor Historical Heritage Room (based on availability). The facility fee includes: tables, chairs, linens (color from our selection) and staffing to run your party. Food would be additional and you would be allowed to bring that in - without the use of our kitchen. Your additional costs with use would include the wine, champagne and/or beer - which would all be ordered through us.

2) Rental Option #2: choose from one of the menu options in the our Winery Dinner Packages. These packages all include the food as listed in your menu option as well as the facility rental fee, staffing to run your party, chairs, tables, linens (color from our selection), and up to 1 case of our TR-red or white wine.

How can I be guaranteed that my event date is being held?

Your hold on your desired event date becomes permanent upon receipt of the required deposit and the signed event contract.

What are the deposit terms?

To secure your desired event date, a $500 deposit is required. This will go towards your facility rental fee selection.

What staffing is included in my event? And will I have a coordinator on-site to oversee my event day?

Your event with Gregory Wines Winery is coordinated by our on-site staff Event Coordinator, as well as bartender(s) and other necessary staffing as needed throughout the entire event.

Is smoking or drinking allowed at Gregory Wines Winery? And, may we bring in our own alcohol?

A designated, outdoor smoking area is available. Wine, Champagne and Beer is purchased through Gregory Wines Winery only. No outside alcohol is allowed, including hard alcohol.

How long can the event last?

Your facility fee will give you the outdoor Cobblestone Courtyard or the indoor Historical Heritage Room for up to 8 hours... which includes 2 hours prior to the event for vendor and/or decorating set-up, 5 hours of event time, with the last hour for good-byes and clean-up. Additional hours may be purchased at $250/hour, however, due to a local sound ordinance, all outdoor events must end by 9:00 pm - with everyone out by 10:00 pm.

Is the venue in good proximity to major airports and highways?

Yes, Gregory Wines Winery is located just off the 101 Freeway and is approximately 30 miles south of the San Jose International Airport.

Do you host ceremonies on site?

Yes, ceremonies are held on the grass overlooking the hills and Gregory Wines Winery's beautiful vineyards.

Do you provide tables, chairs and other furnishings?

Yes, your facility fee includes tables, chairs and linens with your choice of color.

How long can the event last?

Your facility fee will give you the Event Center for 8 hours, which includes 2 hours prior to the wedding for vendor set-up, 5 hours of wedding/reception time, with the last hour for good-byes and clean-up. Additional hours may be purchased at $250/hour. However, due to a local sound ordinance, all music ends by 9:00 pm - with guests out by 10:00 pm.
